PRISM provides School Boards a single centralized location for all Adult Education student registrations (High School Diploma, English as a Second Language, Literacy and Basic Skills, IIEP, IILEP, Adult Recreation), management and communications. User roles have been designated to a Board and School level.
PRISM allows for students to pre-register or School users to register their students into courses offered by local Adult Education Schools, including High School Diploma, English as a Second Language, Literacy and Basic Skills, IIEP, IILEP, Adult Recreation. PRISM has been built with waitlists and quick approvals. To increase efficiency, PRISM also provides automated digital consent forms for the registration processes and incorporates OnSIS compatible data.
PRISM provides a flexible and unique communication module that issues notifications to all necessary stakeholders from all institutions involved. Notifications get triggered during student registrations, course withdrawals, progress updates, and course mark entry.
PRISM includes in-depth reporting for each institution. Reports include a student data report, multiple invoicing reports, and registration reports. As well, PRISM provides digitally exportable Registration Forms, Release of Records, Registration Packages, Confirmation Letters and Education Plans.
PRISM offers multiple schemas for grading classes depending on their course type. At risk students can be flagged with multiple methods including attendance issues, credit alerts and level of engagement status. Keep track of student attendance by day or week. Send out progress updates to students and stakeholders with important information, reports and comments.
PRISM integrates with numerous Student Information Systems (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). PRISM also supports easy importing of student data via CSV and nightly data imports/exports to keep data synchronized across systems. We offer both a public API and optional real time API integrations for more customized solutions.
PRISM provides access for School users (guidance counselors, administrators) and School Board users (administrators, managers, IT) to ensure stringent privacy controls on student data.
